Why now the need of FBACOC:

The directors of FBACOC got tired of being tired and tired of waiting for change and leadership specifically for Foundational Black American financial economics, causes, issues and success.  

 

The Main Trigger of Outrage:

A news story of black and brown babies bones being intentionally broken in Richmond Virginia.

Per Google AI, YouTube, National News and Civil Rights Organizations:

The case where a nurse was accused and prosecuted for intentionally breaking the bones of newborn babies which occurred at a public Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. 

• The Suspect: A registered nurse in the Women's Hospital / New Birth section of the hospital.

• The Victims: Multiple premature babies initially reported as seven (7), later linked to nine (9) infants in the NICU suffered unexplained bone fractures and bruising between 2022 and 2024.

• Case Details: In January 2026, the suspect pleaded no contest to nine counts of felony child abuse, which involved accusations of roughly handling infants and placing her full body weight on them.

• Investigation: Video evidence revealed the injuries occurred while the babies were in her care. Following her removal from duty, the injuries stopped, but further injuries were reported when she was briefly allowed to return to work.

• Outcome: As part of a plea agreement, the nurse was sentenced to time in prison, barred from working in healthcare or with children, and ordered to remain on house arrest pending final sentencing in June 2026.

Why was this event the final frustrated tired of being tired:

The outrage was that it was innocent newborns who couldn't have done anything to anyone, especially an adult. The sense of trust for general hospitals was broken completely. Unfortunately stories like this happen to adults from the inception of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and the re-assignment of free American Indigenous People from Original Indigenous Native American to Chattel Negro Slave.

All slaves did not come from the ships of the Trans Atlantic Slave trade, most were already living on the discovered land later called North America.

There had been many stories of abuse and neglect to black patients during COVID-19 in 2020. But after COVID-19 the cases became unacceptable.

By now nurses, doctors and all of us would have seen the impact of COVID-19 who didn't care what color you were nor how much money you had. 

COVID made most people realize life is too short to hate your fellow brother and sister. Science has proven that we all came from and started from Africa.

It's a proven fact.

Animal dog and cat rescue is very close to our hearts - the 2nd level tired of being tired:

Seeing the horrible treatment of innocent animals during COVID-19 was outrages and appalling. Seeing so many innocent animals who gave nothing but love and be completely scapegoated for the spread of COVID-19 was a nightmare to watch and feel hopeless. Owners were throwing sweet loving animals off very high level balconies and making innocent, defenseless animals homeless and uncared for during this time. We opened our 17 acre farm at the time for abandoned animals to have a safe place but wished we were in more locations to help more innocent loving animals.

Why was FBACOC formed:

We advocate, connect, inform, and fight for FBA Owned Business and General Black Owned Business growth and success which equals America's growth and success.

The hundreds of successful black towns that were massacred and destroyed also destroyed America's growth and success that effects all Americans today. Image how much further we would be as a country if a hundred 100 more cities like:

• East St. Louis Riot (1917): Resulted in 40-250 deaths and left 6,000 Black residents homeless.

• Ocoee Massacre (1920): Nearly all 500 Black residents were killed or expelled in Florida.

• Tulsa Race Massacre (1921): The affluent Greenwood District was burned, causing an estimated 300 deaths and 10,000 people to become homeless.

• Rosewood Massacre (1923): The Florida town was burned, with death tolls estimated between 6 and 150.

• Slocum Massacre (1910): Between 8 and 200 Black residents were killed by a white mob in Texas.

• Argenta Riot (1906): Occurred in Little Rock, Arkansas, where a mob burned half a block of buildings and forced residents to flee.

 

Were able to flourish and grow into Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Charlotte or Atlanta from the early 1900's to now.

Yes these events limit all of us as Americans and overall success of America as a whole.
